My first day was less than a week before the start of the farm's Fall Weekday Educational Tours and a few weeks before the start of their busy fall harvest weekends. With only a few hours training, minimal resources and a non functioning website, I set up a brand new website which was live by my third day. Within weeks, I introduced a moderate amount of automation & accuracy to their mostly manual and error prone School Tour reservation process. By mid October, reservations were largely automated. Subsequent responsibilities and achievements include:
Upgrade basic AT&T GoPhone to Google Voice/Project Fi on Android mobile phone, tablet and Windows 10 laptop.
Sync documents with Windows OneDrive, Google Drive and other online platforms.
